AI TechLord provides reputation, website, online visibility, and AI services, plus online scheduling, a client portal, billing, and related services. We may update, add, or remove features over time. Some features depend on third-party providers (scheduling, email, SMS, and payment processors).

When you schedule a call or appointment, you agree to provide accurate information. You can reschedule or cancel using the link in your confirmation. We send confirmations and reminders for appointments you book.

If you opt in to text messages, you consent to receive transactional SMS (appointment confirmations and reminders). Message frequency varies (typically 1–3 messages per appointment); message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Don't use the Services to break the law, infringe others' rights, send unsolicited or unlawful messages, or interfere with the Services' operation or security.

Automations and deliverables we build for you as part of an engagement are yours, as set out in your engagement agreement. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our own underlying tools or platform.

We work to improve your online visibility, reviews, and rankings. We do not guarantee specific rankings, positions, review volumes, or placement in any search engine, map product, or AI system. Results depend on factors outside any provider's control.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI TechLord is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the effective date above. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
