When you book an appointment with AI TechLord and opt in by checking the SMS consent box, you consent to receive transactional text messages (appointment confirmations and reminders) at the phone number you provide. Message frequency varies (typically 1–3 messages per appointment). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. SMS opt-in is never required to book.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is used solely to deliver the messages you requested.

To provide and improve the service: to schedule and confirm appointments, send the confirmations and reminders you opted into, respond to inquiries, operate the client portal, and meet legal and security obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate (for example, scheduling, email, SMS, and payment processors) under confidentiality obligations, and where required by law. As stated above, mobile opt-in data is never shared for third-party marketing.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements. You may unsubscribe from texts by replying STOP, unsubscribe from emails via the link in any message, or contact us to request access to or deletion of your information.
